SPORTS NEWS | CGCI EAGLES IN SJC PRISAA MEET 2025; SALONGA SECURES BADMINTON CHAMPIONSHIP

The CGCI Eagles showcased their athletic prowess at the SJC PRISAA Meet 2025, excelling in Badminton across multiple categories. Leading the charge, John Elliezzer Salonga, coached by Ms. Rose V. Soriano with assistant coach Mr. Crisanto De Guzman Jr., claimed the Champion title and will advance to the Division-level competition.

 

In addition to Salonga’s triumph, other young Eagles also made their mark. Ayel Mactracy Salvador earned Second Runner-Up in Category C, while Wil Kevinz Capia-ao secured Second Runner-Up honors in Category B. Other delegates in Chess and Badminton also showcased their sportsmanship and camaraderie. Throughout the meet, the Eagles displayed determination and pride, representing the CGCI Eagles' spirit.

 

As the Eagles continue to soar, the school remains committed to fostering excellence, integrity, and respect in sports.
