Gender and Development

CGCI promotes gender and development through the promotion of gender equality and other related activities, platforms corresponding to the needs of the institution. Listed below are some of the laws related to Gender and Development which CGCI adheres and promote.

a. SAFE SPACE ACT (ANTI BASTOS LAW) REPUBLIC ACT No. 11313

b. Republic Act 7877: The Anti-Sexual Harassment Act of 1995

c. RA 9262, or the Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act (VAWC Law)

d. Marna Carta of Women under RA 9710

e. National Women's Day under RA 6949

f. The Anti-Bullying Act of 2013 (Republic Act No. 10627)
