Core Gateway College, Inc. successfully conducted its Intramurals 2025 from September 29 to October 1, 2025, at the CGCI School Grounds and PAGASA Sports Complex, San Jose City, Nueva Ecija. The three-day event served as a platform for students to exhibit their athleticism, teamwork, and commitment to sportsmanship.

The opening ceremony was filled with enthusiasm as each department proudly cheered for their respective department, and this marked the start of various competitions, including basketball, volleyball, badminton, sepak takraw, table tennis, chess, and other sporting and recreational events that encouraged friendly rivalry among participants.

Throughout the event, both the Basic Education Department and the College Department demonstrated unity, discipline, and respect, embodying the true spirit of sportsmanship that CGCI continuously promotes. Faculty members and student leaders also ensured the smooth execution of the activities, making the event both organized and memorable.

The Closing and Awarding Ceremony held on October 1, 2025, at the CGCI School Grounds, recognized the outstanding performances of individuals and teams. Individual and Group Awards were given after each final game, while the Overall Champions were announced during the culmination program at 5:00 PM.

Concluding the three-day event, the Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (BAPS) once again proved their excellence by clinching their 8th consecutive championship title in the College Department. The Junior High School Department’s Yellow Phoenix was hailed as the Overall Champion, while Red Tigers triumphed in the Senior High School Department.

The success of CGCI Intramurals 2025 stands as a testament to the institution’s dedication to fostering holistic development and unity among CGCIans.
