The K-6 Department of this Institution is committed to providing a strong foundation for lifelong learning through quality, values-based education. Guided by the school’s mission and the MATATAG Curriculum of the Department of Education, we ensure that learners from early childhood to the elementary level experience holistic development – academically, socially, emotionally and morally. The department serves children in their formative years, focusing on building essential skills in literacy, numeracy, writing, communication and critical thinking, while also nurturing love for country, respect for others, responsibility, integrity and excellence.
With dedicated, passionate, skilled and licensed faculty, we implement child-centered and developmentally appropriate teaching strategies tailored to the needs of young learners. Instruction is enriched through engaging activities, differentiated approaches, and the integration of technology. Beyond academics, the department promotes character formation, creativity, and collaboration through various programs and activities.
